Information session about how to take care of your breast tissue. We will go in-depth about your health, medications, diet and how these factors combined can contribute to congested tissues. You will learn how to decongest your tissues through a daily massage and exam. Single session are welcome or bring your friends, mom, daughters, and nieces for a group session. Only women.

Treatment for Breast Health
Manual lymphatic drainage using the LymphPro Star tool. This tool helps break down and move fluid faster through the body for ultimate results. Adding cupping therapy to the treatment to help reduce congested areas within the global tissue.

Manual Lymphatic Drainage for Overall Health and Wellbeing
This session is for improving your immune system by reducing inflammation, improving circulation, improving digestion, help you heal from an injury, pain, and underlying causes of inflammation. 1st session we will assess the lymphatic system. During the assessment, your lymphatic system will be manipulated which will start to decongest the body. Detox symptoms may occur after session. Each appointment to customized to the individual's purpose for MLD.

I'm Valerie and I have been a licensed massage therapist in Charlotte, NC for 20 years.
I was introduced to manual lymphatic drainage (MLD) after a client was diagnosed with breast cancer. She wanted me to be with her during her manual lymphatic treatment for post-op care. I was so amazed at how powerful this therapy can be and how it can help so many people and no one knew about it. That was 10 years ago, and I am still as passionate about this work today as I was then. It truly is amazing, and I cannot wait to educate more people about it!
